3. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • We currently ship to PAN INDIA. If you have any questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact us.

7. Shipping Issues

  • Damaged or Torn Parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged or torn, you have the following options:

    • Refuse Delivery: You may refuse to take delivery of the parcel. The carrier will return the damaged package to us, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
    • Open with Caution: If you accept the parcel, we recommend opening it with caution. To ensure that you have evidence in case of damage, please:
      • Record Videos: Shoot a video of the unboxing process.
      • Take Photographs: Click clear photographs of the damaged packaging and contents.
      • Report the Issue: Share the video and photographs with our customer service representative by emailing them to hkfarmtech2024@gmail.com or calling 9099983462. We will review the evidence and assist you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

10. ODA Location Delivery : If Customer Is Ordering Package Where Courier Partner is Not Delivering , In that Case  Customer Have To Manually Collect The Package From Delivery Partner Office , Or Customer Have To Pay Extra Charges For Home Delivery.
